Point Property Management is owned and operated by James Rowland, Father, Husband, Backcountry Skier, Fly Fisherman. We're a boutique, hands-on, full-service property management company, with your customized property needs as our primary focus.
Finding a lack of full-service property management for my investment property in 2015 was the catalyst. Word of mouth allowed me to take over the neighborhood allowing me to pivot from a 15-year career as a social worker. The skill sets from that relationship-based career transferred over well supporting clients and guests with 5-star experiences and exceptional customer service.

Property Management FAQs
How do you get great tenants?
Great advertising across many different mediums and a thorough tenant screening process sources the best tenant candidates in our market. A walk through with prospective tenants at a property is also preferred.
Who will mow the lawn and shovel the sidewalks?
The tenants of course! They are contractually obligated to care and maintain your home to the standards you we agree upon. Monthly site checks help reveal their efforts.
How do we receive payment?
We remit owner statements and payouts by the 10th of the following month via ACH or physical checks. You will receive a MISC-1099 at the end of the year for tax purposes.
How do I know if tenants are taking care of the property?
We visit homes often to manage maintenance items, provide annual maintenance to HVAC and water systems, and provide seasonal visits to insure the home is prepared for the changing weather. These visits enable us to support the tenants and the home to stay in top shape while at times finding additional areas of repair that we can attend to.
Should we allow pets?
We will support your decision around pets. We find a large market to choose from when we accept pets. We typically include an additional monthly pet fee, carpet cleaning fee, and increase the refundable security deposit for leases with pets.
